On this page we describe how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users visitors to the site.
This information is made pursuant to Art. 13 of d.lgs. n. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code for those who interact with web services provided byAmara Srls.
The information is also based on Recommendation No 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the controllers of the processing must provide to users when they connect to web pages. Data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed after consulting this site. The “owner” of their processing is XXX on the website of the Data Protection Officer, at: http://www.garanteprivacy.it, notification to the Data Controller is available.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Treatments related to the web services of this site take place at the site Amara srls, in Via Aterno 57/59 66020 San Giovanni Teatino (CH) and are treated only by technical personnel in charge of the treatment, or by occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or diffused. The personal data provided by users who submit requests to send information material (newsletter, purchase requests, answers to questions, etc.) are used only for the purpose of performing the service or performance requested and are communicated to third parties only in case this is necessary for this purpose.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users. This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI notation addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (fine forum, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. We recommend users to consult the privacy policy related to various service providers. Discipline on the use of c.d. “cookies” and other similar tools in the terminals (computers, notebooks, tablet computers, smartphones, etc.) used by users, has been recently modified following the implementation of the 2009/136 directive which has modified the “e-Privacy” directive (2002/58/EC) and the “Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies – May 8, 2014”.
USE OF COKIES
The companyAmara srls domain owner / website www.amara.it uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for Users who view its pages. The information is made only for the aforementioned Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. Users viewing the site www.amara.it, they will see minimum amounts of information in the terminals they use, whether desktop computers, notebooks or mobile devices, in small text files called “cookies” saved in the directories used by the user’s web browser. There are various types of cookies, some to make the use of the Site more effective and to improve the browsing experience of the User, others to enable particular features.
TECHNICAL COOKIES
This type of cookie allows the proper functioning of certain sections of the Site. Only technical cookies are used on this Website, i.e. those used for the sole purpose of “transmission of a communication on an electronic communication network, or to the extent strictly necessary to the provider of a service of the information society explicitly requested by the subscriber or the User to provide this service” (see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code). They are not used for further purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or website manager. They can be divided into browsing cookies or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (for example, a purchase or authentication to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies where used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site; functionality cookies, which allow the User to navigate according to a number of selected criteria (e.g. language, selected products for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the User himself. For the installation of these cookies, the prior consent of the Users is not required, while the obligation to provide the information is still valid pursuant to Article 13 of the Code, that the operator of the Site, if you use only such devices, may provide with the manner that he considers most suitable. The acquisition and processing of data resulting from the use of technical cookies is mandatory for the consultation of the Site. In case of opposition by the User, the complete and correct view of the Site will not be possible. Excluding technical cookies, the general rule for “The storage of information in the terminal device of a contractor or user or access to information already stored” remains that of the prior and informed consent of the User (opt-in). This means that all cookies not qualifiable as “technicians” that have, however, greater criticality from the point of view of the protection of the private sphere of the Users, such as those used for profiling and marketing purposes, cannot be installed on the terminals of the Users themselves if they were not previously adequately informed and have not provided a valid consent in this regard.
No personal data of users is acquired by the site. Cookies are not used to transmit personal information, nor are they used c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and fade with the closure of the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (constituted by random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. I c.d. session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of navigation of users and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms on the site or otherwise indicated in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Their lack of bestowal may result in the impossibility of obtaining what is required. For completeness it must be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority can request news and information pursuant to article 157 of the d.lgs. n. 196/2003, in order to control the processing of personal data. In these cases, the answer is compulsory for administrative sanctions.
